Refund policy
We pride ourselves on the high standards and quality controls we set for our products so we hope when you receive your product, it should be in the condition you expect. However, if you do receive an item that doesn't meet your expectations, we would love to chat with you.
To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with any original tags, within 30 days of receiving your product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us on shop@offspringproject.org. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
When you receive your product, please ensure you inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item. This will help us valuate the issue and correct it as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or change of mind.
Refunds
We will get in touch with you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
